The Ladies Guild has been a force to be dealt with in Sylvan Lake’s Presbyterian congregation for years! In fact, it was the women of the congregation who took on fundraising for construction of our first building. The meetings (first Monday afternoon of each month from September to June.1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.) are open to all women in the congregation. Gatherings are for times of short devotion and prayers, followed by a business meeting and program. Frequently, the programs include speakers from community services and vary widely from health matters, inspiration for personal and spiritual growth and book reviews.
