Join us this Sunday at 10:30! Ruth Anne Sigurdson will lead our service and the theme is Kindness.

 

Join us at 10:30 for the Reverend Lyn Lamers service entitled The Work of Trust. All are welcome.

The service will be followed by Q&A discussion regarding Lyn’s potential appointment as Interim Minister. We will then vote on her appointment. Note that people not in attendance will not be contacted – only those who are in attendance will have their wishes counted.

Join us on Sunday morning as Ruth Anne Sigurdson leads us in worship. Her message is “Father Knows Best”, and refers to Psalm 20, Genesis 37:1-11 and the gospel reading is Luke 15:11-32.

All members and adherents need to be at church on Sunday May 5, 2024 and on Sunday May 12, 2024. Wilson Eeyong will be joining us on the 5th to Preach for a Call and our members and adherents will be voting to indicate their level of support for Mr. Eeyong.

COME JOIN US FOR A SERVICE OF HOPE
December 20, 2023, 7:00-8:00 p.m. 

Sometimes Christmas can be a sad, complicated and difficult time and is the  season of darkness we are looking for light. The Service of Hope focuses on Christ who is the light of the world, overcoming the darkness of loss, suffering and loneliness. This special service provides hope and healing and is an opportunity to remember, to let go and share hope. It will be a time of worship, hearing and reflecting on scripture, praying together and singing some carols. The service will be concluded with members of the congregation being invited to light a candle in memory of a loved one, or in honor of someone for whom we are praying.

 

If you are unable to attend but would like to have a candle lit for someone, please provide the name(s) to Robyn at the church office 403-887-5702 or memorial_office@shaw.ca.
